Upon check-in, you will receive a personal guest card for Sunrise Blue Magic Resort, which we kindly ask you to carry with you at all times. Our constant goal is to improve our services and provide you with the most enjoyable experience possible. Therefore, we will gladly welcome any suggestions you may wish to share with us.

RECEPTION
At the Reception, we offer the following services:
Safe deposit box
For your convenience and security, each room is equipped with a safe. Please store your valuables there. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables that have not been deposited in the safe.
Early breakfast
If you are leaving the hotel or have an organized excursion before 07:30, please inform Reception by 20:00 the evening before.
Room issues or damages
We believe your room meets your expectations. However, if you notice any issues or damages during your stay, please contact Reception so that a qualified technician can assist.
Messages
During your absence, Reception will accept and deliver any messages left for you directly to your room.
Additional services
Reception is available to assist if you wish to rent a car, order a taxi, require medical help, or need information about excursions or events. At Reception, you’ll also find an information folder with more suggestions for your stay.

Currency exchange
The currency exchange office, located next to Reception, works with major international currencies and credit cards.
Laundry
The hotel laundry service is available daily. Clothes handed in by 12:00 will be returned within 48 hours. Ironing is provided within the same day. A laundry form can be found in your room — please fill it out when using the service.
Pool Towels
Upon check-in, you will receive a card that allows you to borrow a pool towel free of charge from the pool attendant. Used towels can be exchanged for fresh ones daily at the pool between 08:00–10:00 and 16:00–18:00.
On the day of departure, please return your towel to the pool attendant and the towel card to the Reception.
Kindly refrain from using the white bathroom towels at the pool or on the beach.
Pool Usage Hours
We kindly ask that you do not use the pool after 18:00, as our maintenance team cleans and prepares it for the following day.
Sunbeds
Sunbeds at the pool and beach are available free of charge. Please avoid reserving them with personal belongings, clothing, or other items. If necessary, hotel staff may remove unattended items.
RESTAURANT & BAR
Food and drinks served in our bars and restaurants are included in your room rate. Bottled wine and imported beverages are available at an additional charge.
Please sign your bill — it will be added to your room account.

Please note that smoking is only allowed on the restaurant and bar terraces, as well as on hotel room balconies. Smoking is not permitted in indoor public areas or guest rooms.
Food and Beverage Policy
For food safety reasons, it is not permitted to take food or beverages outside the restaurant areas.
Dress Code
We kindly ask all guests to wear appropriate attire for dinner. Men wearing shorts and tank tops will not be admitted.
ROOMS
Air Conditioning
The air conditioning system automatically switches off when the balcony doors or windows are open. Please ensure all doors and windows are fully closed to guarantee proper functioning.
Balconies
For safety reasons, please lock your balcony door when leaving the room.
Electricity
The electricity supply in the rooms is 230 V.
Room Key
Please keep your key card with you throughout your stay. If the card is lost, notify Reception immediately so the lock can be reprogrammed and a new card issued. Kindly return the card to Reception upon check-out.
Housekeeping
If you do not wish to be disturbed, please place the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the outside of your door.
Check-Out
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 12:00 noon. If you wish to extend your stay beyond this time, please contact Reception in advance. Additional charges may apply.
USEFUL INFORMATION
Elevators
For safety reasons, children under 12 years of age are not allowed to use the elevators without adult supervision. Do not use the elevator in case of fire.
Noise
Out of respect for other guests, please keep noise to a minimum in the hotel corridors after 22:00.
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
FIRE SAFETY
Each floor and room is equipped with an evacuation plan. Please follow the instructions in case of fire.

SPORTS & WELLNESS CENTER
The hotel’s Sports & Wellness Center, located on the ground floor, is at your disposal daily from 08:00 to 19:00. Guests may use the fitness room free of charge. Please note that children must be under constant supervision.
For an additional fee, you can enjoy the sauna, steam bath and massage.

MEDICAL OFFICE
For your convenience, there is a medical office located on the ground floor. This is an independent private practice and all medical services are subject to a fee.
The nearest hospitals are located in Nessebar and Bourgas.
The general emergency number is 112.
KIDS’ CLUB
For our youngest guests, we offer the professional care and personal attention of our children’s animator. The Mini Club, children’s pool, and playground are available for your little ones to enjoy. There is also a seating area for parents nearby.
Please note that children must always be under adult supervision.

For your convenience, a shop is located on the ground floor near Reception.
